The researched primary (MegaETH's Blockscout instance) was live-verified at install time to have a stalled aggregate-stats indexer (~7 days behind the chain tip, indexed_blocks_ratio 0.97) and was re-sourced onto L2BEAT's per-project activity API instead — see 'Live probe results & re-sourcing decision' below. L2BEAT's daily 'count' field is not independently documented as raw-vs-filtered, but it reconciled within 0.02% of Blockscout's own transactions_today field while that field was still fresh, which is why this dossier keeps the original included/included/included definition rather than switching to a user-tx-only one.
